Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • A $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process, with instructions provided prior to arrival, are required for reservations between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but is due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once the unit has been cleared of any damage.
  • A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property if requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival and payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair $15.00) is made.

Parking Information

  • Starting March 31, 2025, the seven oversized parking spaces along the north side of the parking garage (typically used for vehicles with trailers) will be temporarily closed until Friday, April 28, 2025. Do not attempt to use these seven parking spaces during the month of April. Work areas will be blocked off and secured. Any vehicle found attempting to park in these spaces during this period could be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Free parking is provided.
